I'm Back!!

The past two months my days consist of diapers, bottles, sesame street, kids songs and my favorite "signing time", this is a 1/2hr tv program that teaches sign language. I am addicted to signing time and have now suggested to Brent that I take signing classes. Basically his reaction was I needed to go back to work. We have a number of kids CDs and thank goodness because I would try to sing children's songs and I could never make it past the first verse-it's amazing how you forget such simple rhymes. The only problem now is all the old classics have been modified with new verses, this adds even more confusion. We recently sold my car and now we are in the market for a minivan-yes you read correct-a minivan!! Let it be known that this will be MY car and not Brent's (he is just not ready to admit to owning a minivan). Kayla has been talking more and more each day- I trided to attach a video of Kayla saying "hi", well it is her version of "hi", but it's 2 1/2 minutes long and it has been uploading for hours. We have to finish packing for our trip tomorrow and get to bed soon so I am giving up on the video for tonight. We will try to get some shoter videos we can upload while we are on vacation next week. We have a 9 hour drive so we'll see how Kayla does with that. She did very well on our 6 hour trip to IL a couple weeks ago. Hopefully she'll enjoy her first fishing trip and spending time on the pontoon boat.
