As you can see in the recent voting numbers there is some corruption going on at LBR! Forcing employees to vote NO in fear of losing there job is a very low tactic, although very reminiscent of of IL politics. Lois for governor!

The Man Book, page 35, paragraph 2 has advice directly on point and I quote: "When feeling outnumbered the first response of the male is often to attempt establishment of a secure and sacred place that is invoilate. This generally has the opposite effectg of incresing interest in the inner working of the male mind. This heightened interest soon spawns a relentless, unified and, in the end, effective assult on the space. Sucessful males have learned that it is best to hide in plain site. You must become the rock in stream bed that is as unreative to raging floods and it is to the summer drought. Without a response the interest of the "others" is not arroused nad the male is free to comtemplate life and other important things with out interuption.
